Vino dal colore giallo paglierino, dai profumi fruttati e floreali in particolare fiori bianchi come Acacia e Biancospino. In bocca è fresco e fruttato con retrogusto di mandarla amara. 

Uvaggio: Trebbiano Toscano, Chardonnay.

Alcool: 12,5 % vol.

Vendemmia: L’uva viene selezionata e raccolta a mano.

Vinificazione: Rapida separazione del mosto fiore dalle bucce. Fermentazione lenta in tini di cemento dove rimane fino all’imbottigliamento.

Abbinamenti: adatto come aperitivo, si abbina soprattutto con piatti a base di pesce, ottimo anche con carni bianche e piatti vegetariani.

Temperatura di servizio: 8-12 °C

Straw yellow wine, with fruity and floral aromas, in particular white flowers such as Acacia and Hawthorn. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity with a bitter aftertaste.

Grapes: Trebbiano Toscano, Chardonnay.

Alcohol: 12.5% ​​vol.

Harvest: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand.

Vinification: Rapid separation of the free-run must from the skins. Slow fermentation in concrete vats where it remains until bottling.

Pairings: suitable as an aperitif, it goes especially well with fish-based dishes, also excellent with white meats and vegetarian dishes.
